It fell just beyond a men's size 12, so I went up to a men's size 13 (which is my normal shoe size). When they arrived, it was a challenge getting my feet into the toe thong as it was very tight (I'm between a D and E width). I wore them around the house for a couple of days thinking they would break in, but nope, quite uncomfortable. So I ordered the same sandal, but went up a size to men's 14. That did the trick, fits perfectly and feels great! I also ordered a pair of OOahh Sport Flex Recovery Sandals in men's size 13, and those fit perfectly and feel just as great on my feet. So, I would recommend ordering your normal shoe size for Oofos sandals that aren't toe thong style. We know it is a unisex product. The question is when you say size 10 is that a size 10 for men or women? If we know its a size 10 for men, then women know its a size 12 for them.
