I ordered two wigs for Halloween. A blonde and a pink. They came super fast and were such a reasonable price. They were securely packed in their net and bag and came untangled. They were of good weight however in our case the blonde was considerably thicker than the pink so I contacted their customer service and they sent me another pink one free of charge. I ended up wearing the blonde one this year and got so many compliments it was crazy! People didnt realize it was a full wig they thought I just added a few lighter extensions and got bangs! They look that good! As far as their customer service...the type of service we received is top notch and will make us faithful customers. Clearly they stand behind their products and want customers to be satisfied. These wigs really are fantastic! They look so good on and make a great costume addition.
