I work in a hospital and must cover all 5 floors and all 4 wings of each so I do a tremendous amount of walking and standing on concrete like floors, usually 12 hour shifts. I was in so much pain I was walking on the side of my foot, close to tears from pain by the end of my shifts. I spent hundreds of Superfeet insoles, a pair of custom orthotics and various sneakers. I thought I found my answer in Asics Gel Numbus sneakers but they are so soft and squishy the rest of my foot hurt from trying to balance in the shoe. I found my foot over-pronating and began to develop a bunion. I decided to try these and they are the answer to my prayers. They have no arch support which is fine for me as I have a neutral foot. I can put them in any work sneaker and have no pain. I tried the Sport version first. They were close but not enough. These are perfect.
