Immediate difference in responsiveness from steering and excellent tracking, I found myself using the steering less and fishing a lot more. Installations was very easy, a bunch of YouTube videos explain how to change this. My previous rudder was bent out of shape from the strong currents here and thus resulted in terrible tracking, the aluminum is a strong sturdy replacement. I did install some gorilla tape along the hull of the kayak so the aluminum from the rudder won’t damage the kayak. Overall excellent product and fast delivery from shipper, installation took 10 minutes. Review: I haven’t been able to get out on the water with this yet, but the install process was very straightforward and the build quality is outstanding.
