Review: This is keeping my laptop cooler by about 5C compared to the name brand cooler I was using. I'm also able to sit up straighter, and am not experiencing neck pain or fatigue from leaning forward when using the laptop on a flat surface. Really worth the money on these aspects alone. My only criticism is not having the ability to turn off the RGB lights.

**Q: Does anyone know if the clips that hold the laptop in place have any sort of cushioning or is it just plain plastic, like will it scratch your device?**
A: They’re plastic but it comes with 2 rubber/silicone covers to protect the laptop from getting scratched.

**Q: Does this have a warranty?**
A: Normal 30 day warranty

**Q: Can you turn off the LCD display?**
A: Yes you can... there are two buttons. One for the power and other for the lights. Press and hold the button for the LCD lights for about 2-3 secs and they turn off while the cooling pad fans will continue to run. To turn the LCD lights back on repeat the same process and they’ll turn back on.
