**Q: Is it tears free?**
A: After 30 years of grooming dogs, we rarely have to worry about getting shampoo in our dogs' eyes. 
It is our "go to" shampoo for using on faces and muzzles. It does have a blueing addative, so I would have to guess, no. It is safe and will not burn. Just rinse the eye immediatley.

**Q: Is this product eco friendly? (Is all of your products eco friendly? Is it gonna kill my plants outback?)**
A: This is dog shampoo.  Why are you worried about plants in the yard? I have mo answer I wash my dog indoors.

**Q: Does it need to be dillited?**
A: Hello, diluting the product is not necessary, you can also use it at full strength.
