Holy moly this is the real deal!! I wasn’t sure what I was going to get, but I received an amazing knife that blows me away. The Dalstrong Vahalla Series Satoku knife with leather sheath was a great purchase and I am going to grab another one from this brand and series as well. Probably the Chef’s Knife next. Such a beautiful knife and I love the sheath to protect the blade. I am so happy to have found this knife. I’m a professional chef and have had this knife for about a month. I’ve used it daily for almost everything and it’s still as sharp as the first time I used it. It’s extremely versatile! I thought the weight would be too much for a santoku, but it’s absolutely perfect and honestly makes it even better. This is my first Dalstrong and didn’t know what to expect. I’m pleasantly surprised and can safely say I’ll be purchasing more Dalstrong knives in the future. The quality is unmatched! It’s beauty is a bonus!
