They do have a decent heart shape. I inflated 8 balloons for my decor, 6 have stayed inflated for 5 days so far. 2 were slightly deflated at 2 days. No, they do not float without helium, but, you can tie them to a balloon stick with some effort, if you have the patience! You can stick them to the wall. You can glue/tape a string on the top of the balloon to hang them down from the ceiling. NOTE: Air inflation will not make the balloons float. I did not have helium. Helium makes it far easier to attach the balloons to a display, it is recommended, but, at a cost.
