I absolutely love it and pretty much use it every day. As a teacher in a special education classroom, I knew I needed a high quality laminator. Finding one with four rollers and a wide opening was my top priority. I looked for a long time and read many, many reviews. I am so thrilled with my purchase. This laminator is compact despite its wide opening, not too heavy, has a super durable cord ( I love that it detaches completely because I like to carry this laminator from school to home and back again pretty often.) If I trim file folders down just a bit I can laminate them in the large size pouches on my own with a higher quality film than what my school office provides on the old fashioned table top laminator. It heats up so quickly, you almost miss the beep that lets you know it's ready to go because it happens faster than you can believe. The laminator comes with a "cleaning paper": USE THIS. It will be your best friend. I just keep it right next to the laminator and send it through every once in a while as I am laminating materials for my classroom. You can easily wipe that cardboard piece down and toss it back in the stack. It truly does remove the extra adhesive that is constantly building up inside laminators. (And yes, you can see it/feel it before you wipe it off the paper!) I tell you this because I was not super responsible with it in the beginning and I had a serious jam. Now that I have gone through the painstaking and time consuming process of clearing the jammed items and have felt the fear of losing my most useful tool I will not be neglecting this key component needed to keep it running smoothly again. If you are like me and researching available laminators, wearing yourself out trying to find all the pros and cons of each one so that you don't invest a larger amount of money in the wrong product then look no further. It is also very heavy. I used it a lot but if you can set it up on something that won't warp from the heat it is ok.
