They're a little larger than a standard file folder, so they fit well on a book shelf or inside a file drawer. They hole on the side of the lid allows you to tie the box shut, which makes it great for tagging and archiving.If your business deals with a lot of paperwork, I found the Brick Plus to be a great organization system. Instead of digging through multiple files stuffed in a drawer, I can categorize them by account in Bricks on my shelf.
