These are not adhesive sheets, but that is not a problem for me. I actually prefer to use my own methods to adhere them.While they are very thin, they appear to be adequately sturdy. I have no concerns with that. I'm not sure which is more beautiful -- the colors or the embossed designs.I'm so glad I found these lovely pages.
