We cooked burgers and hotdogs in no time out on the lake with no problem. The grill heated up evenly, and no issue getting to temperature. Food cooked wonderfully! It was super easy to mount and was extremely sturdy. We used the rail mounting kit recommended for it. The lid is also stays on nice and tight. This grill will be perfect for so many boating adventures! It will also store nicely in the boat, not taking up too much room. I will be getting the storage bag for it at some point.
