Quality ingredients, no complications from their products. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Review *by R***C on 6 February 2026* This (lactobacillus paracasei) along with some Ciclopirox shampoo stopped my seborrheic dermatitis in it's tracks. I was severely allergic to the ketoconazole shampoo's and they didn't help. I'm not 100% sure how much this did to help vs the shampoo alone, but it is night and day difference. I literally have ZERO flakes. ZERO. (took maybe 3 weeks to fully work) I am an extremely skeptical person, I chose this product due to studies that have proven the lactobacillus paracasei works for SD, and that Thorne is a reputable brand. I know this has a big impact because itchiness in places that aren't my scalp also vanished. So yea, I was having stress induced issues and did everything I could.
