A: I found the WHES33 manual on the internet & it says the Power Supply, 24 V DC, pn is 75=351054, & that's this item's pn, so yes.

A: The most important info is the part numbers of the water softeners it works with & that's in the listing & that's how I came to buy this power adapter & I can testify that it's been working fine for me for over a year.  A little research & you will discover virtually every water softener is made by Ecodyne Water Systems in Woodbury MN; they do slap a lot of different labels on them tho...  The old ones had a 28 VAC power adapter, PN: 7275907 & sometime before Nov 2018, they switched to a 28 VDC power adapter, PN: 7337482.  It apparently had a lot of failures, mine included, & the voltage was reduced to 24 VDC.  I crawled behind my washer, unplugged the one I bought/received & copied this off it: Qualtek P/N: QFWB-12-24-US00-01, MODEL: SAW12-240-0500UD, ECOWATER P/N: 7351054, INPUT: 100-240 V~ 50/60Hx 0.3A, & OUTPUT: 24VDC 500mA.  Hope this helps the science project!
