**Q: Is this a scam?**
A: I got the Snow White one. Gave it as a gift. I don't know about Tiana since I didn't order one.

**Q: Did anyone pre order this and it just never shipped?**
A: I've had mine pre ordered since May and still don't have it. They keep pushing the delivery day back....now I have no estimated delivery date at all.

**Q: Why does it say expected by June?**
A: It’s a vague delivery window they change it all the time

**Q: I ordered Rapunzel in June, and the order has sat there saying “we will email you when it ships” I have sent a message to the seller with no reply.**
A: I pre ordered Cinderella back in May and it’s still not shipped. I asked Amazon about it and they said it “sold out” even though I had pre ordered it months ago
