A: It's adjustable from 27" to 54".

**Q: Is 9” x 11” the inside or outside measurements? I have a 9”x11” planner that I need to fit**
A: I don’t think it would fit

**Q: How good is this for conceal carry (Glock19 specifically extra mags specifically)?**
A: It is pretty small so I’d say without much more in it you’d be fine. Like we just a wallet and keys and I wouldn’t really use the pockets.
