That said, I found them to be very good and really easy - a great combination. However, they have a fair amount of suga so even though I liked them I won't buy again. Too bad, because if they used stevia (my favorite) or pink or blue sugar, which in this kind of thing would taste absolutely as good, I would buy them all the time.Because of the sugar content in most Asian foods, I have been making my own, which aren't as good as restaurant, but still good and I use stevia. They are incredibly easy to make and have the authentic taste you expect is a quality Thai restaruant. We originally got then for meals on our boat since they only need water but now use them at home. My only nit is the package claims it serves three but our experience is it is just right for two unless you have a lot of side dishes to go with it.
