They sit nice and low at the front so they dont touch the C section cut at all and are obviously no where near my abdomen so they also dont touch the keyhole incisions in my stomach. A: Yes very comfortable after a c section. Still use them nearly 3 years on as still don't like the feeling of normal pants on the scar
