Review: Did a nice job on the Thanksgiving turkey - I found out at the last minute that my daughter and son-in-law were traveling to Florida and would be joining us for Thanksgiving. I ordered a turkey from Publix but realized that I didn't have a carving knife, so I went to desertcart. I found the Mueller electric knife and it looked ok and was reasonably priced. With two day delivery, I had it in time for Thanksgiving and it did a nice job on the turkey. The knife cut well, was well made and easy to clean.
