I really like the feel and weight of this tripod. It is easy to use and folds up or out quickly, once you get used to the turning leg locks. I also needed a tripod with an ARCA swiss compatible head and this has worked perfect for me and my DSLR with 18-200mm lens attached. I lock the detachable hook on the center post if I need to add some weight for stability. The tripod comes with a carry bag as well.
