It has served me really well and has helped with reducing the pain that I get from time to time when I over-exert my wrist by cutting out craft shapes and also other craft related tasks as well as using the computer, my wrist tends to get quite sore. The strap can be used on either wrist and it is stretchy. I like to put it on really tight as this helps me but you can also wear it looser by adjusting it to the velcro. I wear it to bed (although that is probably not recommended) and the good thing is that you can take it off when you want and just pop it back on again. It is well made, strong and I will be buying another one as a spare.
