I usually fit 14 so went with xlarge and I can get 1 1/2 off me into these. **Q: I am 5'0" and 156 lbs, thick in the thighs and butt area. What size should I get?** A: Prob a medium or large **Q: I wear size 14 in non plus size clothes should I get a small or medium? Or what I normally get in clothes a large?** A: I wear a 15 in a non plus size & I ordered a XXL which fits me almost too tight. These pants definitely run small.
