Product Description The Gengigel mouthrinse is used for generalised conditions such as sore burning mouth syndromes, dry mouth and regular mouth pain or irritation. After brushing, rinse for 1-2 minutes.The Gengigel range is a unique, patented and naturally active product, suitable for most common oral conditions associated with soreness and inflammation. Gengigel stops any minor bleeding, soothes soreness, the sharp pain of ulcers, and promotes healing. Gengigel products are also great for alleviating the discomfort of dry and burning mouth. Ingredients Aqua, Xylitol, Cellulose Gum, Alcohol, PEG 40 Hydrogenated Castor Oil, PVA, Polycarbophyl, Dichlorobenzyl Alcohol, Aroma (CITROMINT 1/074600), Sodium Hydroxide, Acid Blue 9 (CI 42090). Principal ingredient: Sodium Hyaluronate. Directions Rinse for 1-2- minutes, up to 3-4 times daily, at an alternative time to teeth brushing. Safety Warning Do not eat or drink for 30 mins after use. No known drug interactions or side effects. Safe to use in pregnancy, and in young children age (aged 7 and above, under adult supervision).

Review: Excellent for Post Tooth Extraction - I had a complicated molar tooth extraction requiring an oral surgeon. A bit of my jawbone was left sticking out the gum and caused pain as bad as the original toothache. My dentist ground the bone down to gum level which helped but my whole extraction site was still very tender and sore. I had got to the stage I was willing to try almost anything and even though I thought this is expensive for a small bottle I was so desperate I bought it. It arrived the next day as promised. The relief was instant, and my gum felt better and looked less inflamed after a few days. If I ever need another extraction I will definitely buy another bottle of this for aftercare.

**Q: Does this contain alcohol? I bought a box and it says it does so I am confused**
A: I didn't think it did, but having just googled it it does say it has alcohol in. Depending what you're looking to use it for I had a tooth out a few months back and it wouldn't heal I used this 3 times a day for about 3 weeks and it really helped, I found it very gentle

A: All we have as purchaser is to go by what the box says. I use it regularly does help me with. Failed root canal.

Love this stuff! The taste is absolutely vile and I do struggle to keep it in for the duration but it’s worth it. This combined with the gel has almost totally repaired an unusual gap in my gum.
