A: Yes.

A: I personally haven’t, but saw that someone did on your Instagram page!

**Q: freezer safe?**
A: Technically, yes, although it was not made for that use. Here are some caveats: Do not store food in seasoned iron, and especially foods high in moisture as it can rust the iron. Never place a cold skillet straight to heat, and never anything straight from heat into a cold surface or environment. Allow it to reach room temperature on its own. Do not put in freezer or fridge for extended times as the moisture in the environment can cause rust with prolonged exposure.

**Q: Can chocolate chip cookies be baked in this pan?**

This worked perfectly for making poffertjes on Christmas morning at our house. I washed it with mild soapy water before using it, and I did brush a little butter into the divots when it was heated. We have a glass cooktop stove and it heated the pan evenly. We used one of the larger burners. We made our own poffertjes batter with yeast, so it was too thick to pour from a bottle. We scooped it in with a regular sized cookie scoop, which really was too big for one divot, so I have ordered a smaller scoop so the batter will fit in the divots better hopefully, and make them a little neater without overflow of batter. We flipped the little pancakes with wooden skewers and the seasoning worked flawlessly--no sticking to the pan! We loved the yeasty flavor of the little pancakes and the rounded shapes. We probably won't wait until next Christmas to make them!
