A: The weight restriction for the 16in bike is approximately 150lbs.

**Q: What is the 16” bike based on? The size of the wheels themselves, or the height from the ground to the seat?**
A: The 16" is the size of the tires that come on the balance bike. It will work for a child with an inseam between 15 and 22".

**Q: How do i return this?? there's no return info on the bixe website, & amazon is not offering "return" option on my order. i ordered it prime.**

We warranty our balance bikes for 2 years from the purchase date as well as offer a refund for the first 60 days, 
upon receipt of the returned item. Through Prime you would have to contact Amazon within the first 30 days after
your purchase because they are taking responsibility for shipping an order and the first 30 days of returns and refunds
