A: No they can be stored ambient and then put in the fridge as and when you need them. They tend to have over 6 months shelf life. My garage is full of them!

A: Yes but they don’t taste nice at all. Sorry

A: 1 bottle is 310ml, this has 3.2 grams of fat, of which saturates 1.6. The sellers normally have a photo of the full nutritional information
