The faucet comes with the internal screen and internal fixed washer it needs however we needed the additional washer for the hose right where they screw together and it leaked until we put it in place. With that, it was super easy and both matches perfectly and works great. Some reviewers mentioned it’s not solid metal but made of plastic with a metal like finish. The entire production is defective! I returned the first and the second was the same. I contacted Grohe directly, and they sent a free replacement that also was the same (arriving too late to return the one I bought from Amazon). They since determined the entire inventory was defective and informed me that they expect a new shipment in some time in January 2021 and said to use the one I have until then. Contact Grohe customer service. Be forewarned that getting through to them was very difficult. If you get on-line chat offered, use it. email worked some times but took days for a reply. I never got through by phone giving up after almost 2 hours of the repeating jingle using up my phone battery. They are quite competent once you do get through. **Q: Will the spray setting remain on when the faucet is turned off and back on?** A: No, it won't. You'll have to re-engage the spray setting while the water is running after you turn off and turn on the faucet. **Q: Will this fit 33737?** A: I'm not familiar with model numbers but if it looks like the one you're replacing I would guess it fits. Grohe customer service is excellent so you could try calling them. They recently directed me to Amazon to get the part I needed for my 20 year old faucet. **Q: where can I find a Grohe ladylux plus hand spray** A: Thanks for checking with us.
