The Dotspen is a well constructed, nicely functioning drawing instrument. I am highly impressed with it's performance! and thrilled to have it. I unreservedly recommend this pen to other artists. There is a bit of a learning curve in mastering the product, but practice soon ends that concern. The dotting experience is hugely different from manually tapping out dots for hours on end. While awaiting delivery of my pen, issues arose over shipping (due to domestic postal mess ups.) Considering that the product is shipped from the far side of the world, such is not surprising. Regardless, when the issues arose, the seller demonstrated excellence in customer service by ensuring that I received my purchase in as timely a manner as could be hoped for. I am so pleased with this product that I will probably buy more at a later date.

## Questions & Answers

**Q: What is the ink quality? Archival? Waterproof?**
A: I just checked with the U.S. distributor and he told me it's "not archival".  That's too bad, I hope they create a archival ink in the near future for the pen as I would get one.

**Q: how can i use this pen for multiple colors?**
A: Right now, only black ink available, later we will produce for the colored refill, so that you displace the refill for your favorite colors.

**Q: How long does a refill last?**
A: Really depends on how much drawing you do.Myself I use my Dotspens ALOT.I have never kept how much however I will say when I started I thought my first cartage would never run out of ink. Cartage gave me many hours of Drawing. Let me also say this. If you are deciding weather or not to purchase Cuttlelola Dotspen Please go head and do so you cannot go wrong. I bought 4 and I had 16 packs ink refills.I now have 12 left. Next month I will purchase 10 packs of the different colors. You cannot go wrong. I strongly and highly recommend buy as soon as you can for you will not be sorry. Shuochang Song will help you out if and when needed. He is and Outstanding Businessman as well as Artist. **Q: how do you charge it?**
A: Charge your DotsPen by Connecting the enclosed USB cable to your laptop, mobile device or any 5V DC power supply. DotsPen is fully charged when Led Indicator goes out. Full charge last about 30 minutes. Dotspen can also be used continuously while connectedto power source. Hope it do some help, thanks.

THIS PRODUCT HAS CHANGED THE WORLD OF STIPPLING PEN AND INK FOR ME AND I'M SURE FOR THE ART WORLD AT LARGE ! I LOVED THIS DOTS PEN SO MUCH I ORDERED ANOTHER AND STILL CAN'T BELIEVE HOW BEAUTIFULLY IT WORKS. IT HAS A VERY SUBTLE TOUCH AND SHADES IN WITH A DELICATELY YOU CAN'T GET WITH A REGULAR PEN. I AM GOING TO ORDER A THIRD ONE. I HAVE ARTHRITIS IN MY HANDS AND YET HAVE NO PAIN WHEN USING THE DOTS PEN. IT CAN BE USED FOR ORDINARY PEN AND INK DRAWINGS AS WELL AS FOR ADDING A TEXTURE TO A TANGLE DRAWING AS WELL. THE COLOR OF THE INK IS WHAT I WOULD CALL A LIGHTER PAYNES GRAY WHICH MAKES IT PERFECT FOR SUBTLE BUILDING OF TONE, SO YOU CAN SLOWLY BUILD UP THE LAYERS FROM LIGHT GREY TO BLACK. I BOUGHT A SHORT EXTENSION CORD AND I JUST PLUG IT INTO MY WALL POWER OUTLET USING AN ADAPTER AS I DON'T HAVE A LAPTOP TO PLUG INTO,THIS WORKS PERFECTLY AND I DON'T HAVE TO WORRY ABOUT LOSING A CHARGE, MY WORK STATION IS MY KITCHEN TABLE. IT'S SO GENTLE TO USE AND VERY COMFORTABLE IN THE HAND. I JUST CAN'T GET OVER WHAT THIS PEN CAN DO AND WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND IT TO ANYONE INTERESTED IN PEN AND INK, IT WILL CHANGE THE WAY YOU DO PEN AND INK IN THE MOST POSITIVE AND DELIGHTFUL WAY. I CAN'T WAIT FOR MY FALL ART CLASSES TO START TO SHOW MY INSTRUCTOR AND CLASSMATES WHAT YOU CAN ACCOMPLISH WITH THIS AMAZING PEN !
