There is a lid locking? And a seal rubber device?** A: The lid does not lock nor does it have any sort of gasket. It is a stien. The lid does fit nicely without any gaps so critters or dust can enter. However, it does not hold in any gasses leaving the beverage. It does keep the beverage nice and cold for a couple of hours and cool for several more. At this price point I think I made a great purchase. **Q: Can this fit in a cup holder?** A: No. It's too big for a cup holder, but the lid is liquid tight. **Q: What is the difference between the model with the older logo and the griffin logo? They are differently priced, just want to get the better one!** A: I own both so that i could tell them apart. They are identical in function and design other than the logos.
