Moments later, it worked. Not a sponsored product, just a guy showing how simple and effective it is. Facing a glass mounted frozen wiper arm fitting on a place that can’t be cut, warmed, drilled or muscled, I ordered. Finally. The oil smells wonderful, btw. A few drops over three days, and the corroded grip was dissolved and the arm freed. No broken glass. No cussing. No drama. Okay, the oil works great, I was ridiculous not trying it earlier. I’m actually mad at myself because it would have likely saved a ton of time and broken parts over the years. I’ve used it since and am exceptionally pleased with it. Thanks to all who recommended it. Price wise? Same price as two cans of what doesn’t work. A+++

I’ve used a lot of penetrating oils over the years, but Kroil Original really does live up to the legend. I’ve been using it on your run-of-the-mill rusted nuts and bolts, and it works like magic. A few drops, a little patience, and things that should’ve snapped loose years ago finally start moving again. They say Kroil is made by squeezing leprechauns - and after seeing how it creeps into threads and breaks loose rust, I’m starting to believe it. The drip can make it easy to apply precisely where you need it, without wasting half the can in overspray like aerosols. It’s not cheap, but a little goes a long way. If you’re working on anything that’s been sitting in the elements - old cars, farm gear, or just corroded fasteners - this stuff is worth every penny.
