It is imperative to follow the Coloration Guide https://terrachrom.com/collections/pigments to properly mix your pigment. (1 part warm water with 1 part pigment, mix well and stir into your mixture). Mix ratio: A maximum 10% volume of pigment should be added to your product. To ensure consistent coloring, keep all variables the same from batch to batch. Variations in the mix design, mixing time and curing conditions may affect the final color. **Q: Can this be fired in a kiln at  cone 04?**
A: Greetings from Color Rare. Oxides are naturally heat resistant, but changes in tint may occur after firing. For bright colors, it is preferable to use pigments manufactured specially for ceramic use as these are very stable at high temperatures. So, I used this powder to color my concrete vessels for candles. I was wanting black, but they all came out grey. They turned out beautiful. But I really wanted black. I used cementall and mixed the powder in water before I added it to the cementall. The application was smooth. I used different amount for the vessels to try and achieve a black. It just wasn't happening, lol. The reason I'm giving this product 5 stars is simply because the product itself is great. I will definitely buy this again. Cement is just tricky to work with as far as coloring at times.
