Open the unit and reseat the SD card inside. Turn to stop it from happening again place a small piece of tape ON the SD card holder to prevent the SD card from moving and it will not happen again. Have been using mine for 3 years and once the repair was done about 2 1/2 years ago, not a single issue since. It is a design fault with an easy easy fix. No drama needed. **Q: I'm thinking about purchasing one, because its perfect for what I need in gigs, but seen alot of recent negative reviews. Who has had problems with it** A: I've mine since they came out and NEVER had a problem. It's great for everything. I gig with it, and use it in rehearsal. I have used just about every function it has and still find new ways to layer sounds and get the exact effects I need. I would highly recommend it for any professional vocalist. **Q: bring all the accessories?** A: Thanks for the question.
