For clarification I purchased the weider rack by itself, my rack does not include the bench seen in my photos. The rack is functional and supports decent amount of weight (up to 310 lbs); That’s plenty for the average home gym user. The rack came with two adjustable hooks for spotting the he weight. It has two small poles to hang free weights. The rack works with any bench; I’m currently using the flat bench in my photos, but it was not purchased with the rack. The rack itself is really solid and fairly well made. My only complaint about the structure is that my rack looks like one of the tubes is bent (see photo). I was able to assemble the rack just fine and it feels sturdy, but cosmetically it looks like someone messed it up a little bit because the frame doesn’t align well. This rack was easy to set up. I did it by myself with in 30 minutes. A second person would have made setup slightly easier, but not necessary. The rack I purchased came with a Allen wrench to tighten the Olympic weight adapter for the free weight stand but you will need at least two adjustable wrenches that will accommodate a 17mm nut and bolt. You might need more tools if you purchased the rack with an attached bench. Overall I’m happy with the rack and I’m pretty sure I won’t have to buy another rack ever again.
