Is it a "vanilla" scent? Not at first. Peppery start that softens into a very nice, high quality, respectable sweet scent. High quality barber-shop vibe often compared to another called Invasion Barbare, but usually considered better as well as less expensive. Performance is above average and the scent itself is way above average -- so well regarded by those in the know!

1725 by Histoires de Parfums is a beautiful, complex, and well balanced outdoorsey aromatic fragrance that's been around for 15 years already. Is it a "vanilla" scent? Not at first. Peppery start that softens into a very nice, high quality, respectable sweet scent. High quality barber-shop vibe often compared to another called Invasion Barbare, but usually considered better as well as less expensive. Performance is above average and the scent itself is way above average -- so well regarded by those in the know!
