PLease used a Bold Black Ink or a Bold Blue ink.

A: Yes they are full! I just opened it slowly without squeezing the bottle so much. Probably try holding at the very bottom while opening.

May I suggest that that you make some kind of improvement of your bottle covers,by widening and deepening the groves and canals,because I find it hard to open the bottle due to lack of grip and pressure squeezing the bottle cover. This water has a good taste and is a great value. I find it much easer to get my daily quota of water when I drink this brand. The bottles are very sturdy. This brand does not produce thin, easy-to-crush bottles. Other bottles I’ve bought have been slightly crushed just from the pressure of my hand holding the bottle as I remove the cap.
