I used a BBR disc brake adapter (B00VSH3R5O) for the rear mount and calipers from the BlueSunshine (B076BV879V) BB8 brake set (note that the 48mm threaded hub adapters in the BlueSunshine kit are not compatible with the mounting spacing on these discs).
