I was most concerned about fitting lengthwise on the unit becasue I am tall with a long torso, but nothing (e.g. my waist) hangs over and it is long enough to accommodate my torso and bottom. You're off the ground about 3"... any lower and the creeper would likely drag the ground, so this works well for its intended purpose.
