Blood work done before starting, after being on the product, stopped product, then restarted. A period of 6 months or a little more between each change. Blood work taken and lab analyzed at each time. There is ZERO doubt, ZERO, that it helps reduce cholesterol numbers, especially triglycerides and LDL. Now, not as much as a statin drug will, but if you have had muscle issues on one of them, these could make a nice option.
