This product is "Septic Safe" (which hard to find) so no bleach etc. **Q: will this work on outdoor carpet?** A: Yes, I use it on the carpet in my fishing boat and pontoon boat. Does not stain or bleach the colors. Since fabrics differ I would try it on a sample or in an out of the way spot just to be sure. I had mold and moss on my boat carpet and it worked great.
