Review: Great Quality Perfect Size - Ordered these so I could make homemade (with a low-carb crust) meat and vegetable pies to freeze for quick meals. The size and quality is exactly what I hoped for. The pies tins are a little deeper than those store-bought pot pies so they'll make for a decent sized serving. As for the weight, they're perfect. I think they'll store well with just a little foil covering. I put mine on a large baking sheet and lightly cook the bottom crust before adding the meat, veggies and top crust. I think they're perfect for baking and overall they just work very well. If I remember to do it, I'll add some pictures of the finished pot pies later.
