Do a gut repair FIRST. That way when you are clearing out the toxins from the body the gut will not “leak” them out BACK INTO THE BODY. This is a very common confusion people have, leading them to believe detoxing is not helpful or the product is “bad” when in fact they have just been misinformed, have not done proper research or like me and many others have jumped the gun in desperation to get better and get this crap out of us and ran right into DETOXING without ensuring our foundation is first in proper state to handle the detoxing. REPAIR/STRENGTHEN THE GUT FIRST. Have you been on antibiotics? Have you taken jabs ? (Especially the most recent ones being the most toxic)..are you eating processed food still ?
