He was complaining of his heals hurting. These were not as cushioned as I had hoped but they do offer good overall support, good arch support for his high arch. They are definitely an upgrade from his standard Asics insoles. He gives them the "thumbs up" but is still sometimes aware of a sore heal. They provide excellent support. Unfortunately however, they did not work for my son, as they definitely take some getting used to and my son is too impatient to stick it out. He claimed they hurt but I think if he stuck it out for a while they would've been awesome and just what he needed. Despite the fact that they did not work out for him, I could tell that they are very durable insoles that we're thoroughly thought through and tested by the designer.The best part of these insoles is the customer service you will get from this company. I've never experienced anything like it. They go so far above and beyond to make sure the customer is happy. I happened to respond to one of there follow up emails where they asked me how I liked the product and I told them everything I mentioned above. They then told me to look through their catalog of insoles and pick out one that I thought would fit my son better and they would send it to me free of charge. They did not ask me to return the original ones and I had the new ones within three days. Talk about customer service! In fact, given how well they took care of me, I feel bad that it has taken me as long as it has to write this review.
