Tho memory impaired may require assistance. Amplifies all sound. My mother found her own voice being amplified a bit annoying. But, it’s nice not to have to raise my voice all the time. She doesn’t like earbuds, so it’s was also nice that there was the headphone option. When I listened the sound quality was fair.
