I'd put this on par with creatine, NO enhancers and caffeine. It (glycerol) is available in bulk at a slightly better price, but this is inexpensive and well worth it.

A: Glycerin is sweet, glycerol has basically no taste to it. It helps hyperhydrate and shuttle nutrients

I liked this product, but after one container I swapped to a more affordable version. They sell the same thing in bulk form, by the pound or kilo, for less money. Got good pumps, mixed with my pre workout. This mostly is a cell voluminlzer kinda like creatine. I implemented this into my daily supplements, but buy the bulk bag instead.
