I’ve been watching some Italian cooking shows and they use fresh Italian oregano like this from Italy, not the dried kind you buy on the spice aisle, so, I was going to be making my Sunday sauce and wanted to try it! You could tell from the smell it was far superior to dried oregano in the jar. It’s very potent, you don’t need as much in my opinion to get the flavor you need! It smelled great cooking and didn’t disappoint! I will be using this from now on!
