My granddaughter has a mom who is 6' and a dad who is 6'3", so we knew Loretta would be a 'tall' baby. At 2, she looks like your average 5 year old and wears size 4 girls clothing. My daughter and SIL swaddled her for quite a few months, so you might want to start out with the regular size and then see if the baby is going to continue to be swaddled. These I purchased for my as yet unborn grandson! **Q: How can you change their diaper without undoing the entire thing?** A: I haven't found a way.
