**Q: Is it a headband**
A: No... There is a small plastic wire. I ended up hot glueing it to a headband. I couldn't make the plastic wire hold the horns where I wanted them.

**Q: is it easy to paint for other cosplays ? Is it stable? will it fall of ?**
A: I would think you could easily paint them. My 9 year old wore them for a 35 minute play. I secured them with 6-8 bobbypins and they held up pretty well. Although the horns started slipping down a bit towards the end of the play

**Q: Are these flexible? Like, could they bend and spring back into shape?**
A: Not really. They  have a little bit of flex, but if you bend them too far they'll tear.

**Q: So, does the elastic go under the chin?  Pleas explain how to use these. Thank you!**
A: The elastic band can go either under your chin or around the back of the head.  It would also depend on the placement of the horns on the head.
