I started taking this as directed about 5 weeks ago, a tsp a day, first thing in the morning in water along with lugols iodine, lemon, colloidal minerals and nature's sunshine chlorophyll liquid. I didn't notice anything for like the first 4 weeks but kept taking it. Last week (week 5) I realized that my hair, which is long, is falling out much much less in the shower, and my teeth, which have been very sensitive for at least the last 10 years with 5 tooth extractions over the years, are virtually not sensitive at all anymore! This is MASSIVE. I suspect that the iodine I'm taking (right now about 40mg/day) is also helping, but there's no question this product works. I started giving my cat a drop of iodine daily and will start adding this product also, because at 16 she has left hip pain and limping. Will reorder for sure.

Okay.... this works. My nails are noticeably longer, hair and even eyebrows are filling in...this is BIG because I plucked them out in high school and they never grew back! I’m 35 now. My skin is also glowing, I feel beautiful and self conscious at the same time. Can skin be too shiny? Answer: No.

I add this to my daily hydrolyzed collagen & bone broth drink daily as a boost. This silica along with vitamin C powder added daily ensures the collagen production is at maximum. The 16 oz bottle is 100 servings which makes it a pretty good price. Only 4 stars because I’ve only used for a few weeks. I’m hoping with prolonged use (plus a keto lifestyle with fasting) I will see the length in my hair I desire. However, I will say the density & health is there.

This is an excellent product and has the most silica per dollar than other options that I have found on Amazon.

Arrived with broken lid, not sure if it was sealed enough when being shipped. Very disappointed because I’ll have to worry about it being rancid every time I use it because you have to refrigerate it after opening it. Not happy at all with this purchase. I hope earthshift gets it together and doesn’t lose their amazing quality because they were bought out
