I know that is not the point of the product but it has a very pleasant scent that clings to your hair. I washed and styled my hair in the morning and later that day my boyfriend was like "you smell good". And it was my hair. I mean...he was close to me though. I have straight, blonde, thick hair. I can let it air dry but it won't be "use a straightener" straight. The first time used this, I used it right after I showered on damp hair. Blew my hair out...then used it again when flat ironing. I think I used to much. My hair was weighed down and looked really greasy the next day. The next time I used it I held the bottle farther away and just used it during the straightening process. Worked much better. Hair still had some bounce but it was straight and very smooth. I purchased this product at a discounted price in exchange for an honest review. If you used this bottle everyday...it would last probably two months. you really don't need a lot of this product.
