It works quite well. **Q: Is this a double-sided fusible?** A: Yes it is double sided fusible webbing but there is paper on one side only. Then after you iron it on to the fabric you peel off the paper and iron it on to the backing fabric. **Q: Has anyone used this for felt projects? I'm making a felt quiet book for my daughter and would really love to avoid all the sewing.** A: For a felt quiet book, I'd use a fabric glue, rather than an iron-on product. Fewer steps, easier to know if you're positioning things where you want them. **Q: I want to attach a cluny lace trim to a denim shirt. Will this show a white background behind the lace and hide the denim of the shirt?** A: Hello , I don't think it will hide the denim. The thing about this product is once it is ironed on something it is clear. You may want to use another product for your project. This is very stiff when it is heat set on fabric. I use this product to make fabric bowls, because of it stiffness, it helps my bowls keep its shape. It can be used to make lamp shades. I fuse two pieces of fabric together then make my bowls. I don't think this product is used for projects like yours. You can go to Joanna's Fabric Store and find things to add trim to skirts like your doing. I do not sew clothing so I'm not really knowledgeable about doing things like your doing. I do know though that this product is for heavy duty fusing. It may be to stiff and keep your skirt from moving freely. So for me I would not use it for attaching lace to denim. Plus the glue on the fuse may leak through the lace. Then you have an iron to clean. If you do try to fuse your lace to denim be sure to use a piece of parchment paper to protect your iron and keep it clean. ## Customer Reviews ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Authentic product . *by on Reviewed in India 1 July 2025* Nice product . ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Super nice *by on Reviewed in India 26 July 2018* Super nice ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Amazing bonding! *by on Reviewed in the United States 11 September 2026* Awesome product! I had a bunch of patches that came with adhesive but the adhesive wasn't strong at all. I bought a roll of this as reinforcement and it was just what I needed. Very easy to use and bonds to fabric GREAT! Even did a test wash and the patch remained in place on the garment. Highly recommend! ## Frequently Bought Together - HeatnBond UltraHold Iron-On Adhesive Value Pack, 17 Inches x 5 Yards, White - HeatnBond Lite Iron-On Adhesive Value Pack, 17 Inches x 5.25 Yards - HeatnBond UltraHold Iron-On Adhesive, 17 Inches x 1 Yard --- ## Why Shop on Desertcart? - 🛒 **Trusted by 1.3+ Million Shoppers** — Serving international shoppers since 2016 - 🌍 **Shop Globally** — Access 737+ million products across 21 categories - 💰 **No Hidden Fees** — All customs, duties, and taxes included in the price - 🔄 **15-Day Free Returns** — Hassle-free returns (30 days for PRO members) - 🔒 **Secure Payments** — Trusted payment options with buyer protection - ⭐ **TrustPilot Rated 4.5/5** — Based on 8,000+ happy customer reviews **Shop now:** [https://www.desertcart.us/products/298091408-thermoweb-17-inch-by-5-yard-heatn-bond-ultra-hold](https://www.desertcart.us/products/298091408-thermoweb-17-inch-by-5-yard-heatn-bond-ultra-hold) --- *Product available on Desertcart United States of America* *Store origin: US* *Last updated: 2026-10-18*
